It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Kali Tovar.
I initially met Kali around November of 2021 at her Century 21 office in Puerto Vallarta. I was excited to see a Century 21 office in Mexico as I am the founder of Century 21 Canada where I had over 400 franchise locations and 8,000 sales agents across Canada. Kali and I discussed available real estate opportunities in the area and she directed me to a mixed use building I immediately became interested in. After touring the property and some research, I made an offer which was accepted after some negotiation.
Kali is a smart, industrious and highly motivated real estate professional. She puts great effort into all aspects of her work. During the closing process, she assisted in navigating a few challenges the property had relating to tax and accounting issues. She led the process to a successful close addressing and solving all matters.
I recognized her abilities that extended beyond her direct real estate experience and asked if she would be willing to accept some additional responsibilities post-closing. Not surprisingly, she accepted. She helped to manage the launch and marketing of several rental Townhomes getting them listed on multiple marketing platforms such as Facebook, Point2, VRBO, Air BNB and others. She also accepted some other duties including but not limited to collecting rent from commercial tenants that existed within the project, administrative work, interface with photographers, contractors and others during the renovation process.
She learns quickly and her own experience helped in coming up with solutions to solving problems. She also assisted with some vendors, townhome furnishing, planning etc.
On a personal level, Kali is a well-disciplined, highly intelligent person with a pleasant personality. She is open to take on additional responsibility and act on anything within her scope of understanding. She is also very much a self-starter. Kali has great adaption skills and she can easily understand and respond to various issues.
Her technical skills are also quite amazing as you would not necessarily expect this level of competence from someone in the real estate field; her cognitive skills follow in sync.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kali Tovar to represent any seller or buyer or to perform the post-closing activities I’ve described above. I am confident she would be an asset to any Real Estate transaction.
